Shipping & Exchanges

We strive to ship your online order within 3-5 business days days of receiving it (this excludes Canadian holidays and weekends). When your order is shipped you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder (it’s usually in there). If you still can’t locate it, please email us at support@minimioche.com and we will re-send it to you.

We are able to offer standard shipping to the U.S. via UPS and generally takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected and delivery address. We offer complimentary shipping over $75 (before taxes, after discount) and offer flat rates. We also offer Expedited shipping method (1-2 business days) for select states as listed below.

SHIPPING TO THE U.K.

We are able to two shipping methods to the U.K. via Canada Post and generally take approximately 6-12 business days for standard shipping and 4-9 business days for express shipping. You will be charged at checkout the real time cost of shipping, which is dependant on your weight. Any orders over 2kg will be required to ship through the express service. For reference, a typical order under 2kg is around $360 USD.

Please note, there may be duties associated with your order if the value of the shipment is over 135 GBP (This is roughly $165 USD). VAT is waived for children’s clothing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit for online purchases only once we receive the item(s) back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your online order.  We do not provide refunds. Any online purchases are not eligible for exchange in store. 

To do an exchange, please send an email to support@minimioche.com and include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 24 business hours confirming the exchange and instructions on how to proceed. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement items. Please ensure all packages are clearly marked as 'Canadian goods' and must be returned via USPS/Royal Mail only. Any other shipping provider used will not be accepted and there may be additional costs incurred for refused packages.

If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online store credit once we receive the item(s) back. This credit will be valid online only and will never expire.

All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt. All sale items are final sale.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER: 

To make a change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your order has already been processed and shipped we won’t be able to accommodate changes. Please email support@minimioche.com for any questions or concerns.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind all of our products.  If you find that an item you have purchased online is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you. If you have a damaged item from a recent purchase, please send an email to support@minimioche.com with a description of the damage (ideally attach a photo) and your invoice number, where we will examine the damage and follow up with what we can do for you.

MISSING PACKAGE

Once our packages reach the United States, it is then the responsibility of UPS for lost and/or misplaced packages. But we’re here to help! We can launch an investigation with UPS, as per their policy, 24 hours after the expected delivery date. It is imperative for UPS to reach out to the customer to conclude these investigations and kindly ask for your cooperation.

For our U.K. bound shipments, once Canada Post picks up our packages, it is then their responsibility for delivery but we’re happy to help and launch an investigation.  As per their policy, 24 hours after the expected delivery date. INVENTORY ISSUES

We have processes in place to avoid inventory issues and ensure our online merchandise is always accurate. However, in the rare case that an item(s) becomes unavailable during fulfilment, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer a replacement or issue a refund. Any replacement item requested from our brick and mortar stores will delay your shipment by 2-3 days. Please note, due to the volume of orders we typically receive during a promotion or sale period, a replacement item may not be available or offered. Instead, we will notify you that a refund will be issued for the unavailable item(s).
